Sometimes carriers neglect to scan in packages at pick-up, or somewhere along the way. That means that your order may still be on its way to you, though it appears to be sitting still.
If your order’s tracking has not been updated in 8 days or more, it is now considered Lost in Transit; we can file a claim with the carrier and get you a replacement or a refund.
