Tracking information will be sent to you via email or SMS. If you haven’t received it, here’s what you can do:

1. Log in or create a Dr. Killigan's account using the email used at checkout. You’ll find your tracking details on the Orders page.
2. Check your spam or junk folder—sometimes order emails end up there by mistake.
3. Contact our Customer Experience Team with your name and email, and we’ll happily provide your tracking information.
