We have an online, automated return portal. Follow THIS LINK and follow the prompts. You will need your order number, as well as the email that you used when placing your order. 

This portal will take you, step by step, through the process of your return, and you'll be sent a free return shipping label. Once the return has been dropped off, we will issue a refund.
