We have an online, automated exchange portal. Follow THIS LINK and follow the prompts. You will need your order number, as well as the email that you used when placing your order.
This portal will take you, step by step, through the process of your exchange, and you'll be sent a free return shipping label. Once the return has been dropped off, we will send out the new product.
