If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, we can help! Please reach out to our Customer Experience Team at [email protected] as soon as possible.
Please note that our warehouse is quick to get your order on its way to you, and we have a short window to cancel or edit your order. The sooner you reach out, the better chance we’ll have of being able to catch your order before it’s handed off to the carrier.
Having said that, if we aren’t able to cancel or make adjustments before your order ships, we still want to make sure you are taken care of.
